Mark has over 15 years’ experience in security, resilience, and emergency preparedness, with a career foundation in the Ministry of Defence. Qualified Multi-Agency Gold Incident Commander (MAGIC). Extensive experience designing and delivering exercises across risks including flooding, terrorism, industrial accidents, and national-scale outages.
